POWER SKATING AND EDGES
Each on ice session begins with power skating drills that are developed specifically for goaltenders. These drills enhance the goaltenders mobility making them more agile on their skates.*Student Evaluation (each student will be evaluated individually on their skating and technical-speed)
DRILLS
All our drills are broken down and demonstrated by our instructors. These drills will focus on many different aspects of the game.
SHOOTERS
All our shooters maintain consistent shot accuracy and shot power. They are able to adjust their shots accordingly to the age and skill level of any goaltender. Our shooters are of the Pro, Jr. A and AAA caliber.
PROVISION TRAINING
This is the science behind proper head movement and puck tracking. Goalies often make simple mistakes and develop bad puck tracking habits. Our unique system helps to keep your eyes accurately read and follow puck trajectory.
DAVE AND MARCO
We personally interact and assess every goalie that enters our program. While we have a number of very qualified instructors we feel that it is very important that we have input into each and every goalie in the FCGS family. We also from time to time will feel that certain goalies are not a good fit with our team and family environment, in those cases we will recommend a suitable alternative.
PLEASE BRING ALONG:
Full Goalie Gear, Gym Clothes, Food and Snacks, Water Bottle, Change of Clothes and Shower Products (optional).
